Actor Ajay bags another golden opportunity! He has signed on to play the role of a step brother, Pawan Kalian’s Gabbar Singh. This is a remake of the film Dabangg in this “Arbaaz Khan” was a step brother role.

This is a very important role in Dabangg that takes the character of the hero to the next level. After considering several names, eventually Gabbar Singh's team has identified Ajay for Gabbar Singh. Allu Arjun's upcoming film Badrinath is all set to hit the screens on June 10. Directed by V V Vinayak, the film is touted to be one of the most expensive Telugu films ever made.

Allu Aravind has produced the film on Geetha Arts banner. Currently, the film is in its final part production. The film will be released in Tamil and part of the film was reshot with Tamil Santhanam, a popular comedian in Tamil films. Post-production work is going at a steady pace to meet the deadline.
